🧗 40 Foot Carbon Fiber Clamping Pole Kit
The included lightweight, rigid carbon fiber clamping poles deliver maximum strength and durability, extending your reach to clean gutters up to 3-4 stories high (approx. 40 feet). A non-slip surface and quick-release clamp mechanism keep operation secure and easy while cutting user fatigue.
Safety-Enhanced Kevlar Base Section
The lower segment of the pole—the part you grip during use—is reinforced with an integrated layer of DuPont™ Kevlar® woven into the carbon fiber. This boosts durability, stiffens the most frequently handled area, and helps the tool withstand the everyday bumps, drops, and impacts of a working day. The Kevlar weave also adds supplemental resistance during a quick, accidental brush with electricity, such as an overhead power line.
Still, the pole's main component is carbon fiber, and carbon fiber conducts electricity. The Kevlar does not make the tool safe near high-voltage equipment or other major electrical hazards. Always keep a safe distance from every electrical source while operating the pole.

The Wireless 4K Inspection Camera clamps onto your pole and beams a live feed to your phone or tablet over WiFi, recording 4K Ultra HD video and 16MP before-and-after photos you can drop straight into client invoices. It runs up to 4 hours per charge and arrives with a waterproof cover, cellphone holder, mounting bracket, USB cable, battery charger, two spare batteries, a 32GB microSD card, and a hard carry case.
The heavy-duty Pole Carry Bag is built from double-wall abrasion-resistant polyester with top and side handles, a padded shoulder strap, and a roomy accessories pouch for brackets, elbows, and cuffs. It holds a full 40-foot pole kit plus two spare poles and measures 56" x 16" x 18".
The Hose Bag is constructed from ballistic nylon with foam padding on every side and piping-reinforced seams, sized to carry the full 50-foot hose. It measures 26 inches in diameter by 11 inches high and features a padded double-webbed handle for a firm, comfortable grip.

The reinforced-palm Work Gloves place a hard-wearing synthetic-leather shield between your hands and a full day of pole, hose, and debris handling. 🚚 Shipping Information
This commercial vacuum ships securely on a pallet via a third-party Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight provider. After pickup, you will receive tracking information, and the freight company will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment once the shipment reaches your local depot.

Frequently Asked Questions
We do not ship our gutter vacuums outside the continental United States. If you are interested in purchasing one of our systems, you will need to make arrangements with a port forwarder.
Because we ship our systems via LTL we are unable to ship to Alaska and Hawaii. You will need to make arrangements with a port forwarder in the Continental US that would be able to forward shipment to your location.
All gutter vacuum kits or orders weighing 150 lbs. or greater, will be shipped on a pallet via a third-party freight provider. Once your order has been picked up, we will send you an email with the freight line details and PRO (tracking) number.
While our freight providers do their best to deliver orders as quickly as possible, especially when/if a customer needs an order immediately, there is no guarantee of delivery. We strongly urge customers to place orders in advance to increase the likelihood of receipt on a desired delivery date.
Additional Freight Shipping Notes: Delivery agent will contact the customer to schedule delivery appointment.
All shipments are valid for one customer, to one location, in the continental United States.
All freight orders are shipped to the customer’s location on a lift gate truck with Curbside Delivery service. Deliveries are made to the shipping address specified by the customer on their order. Please let us know if you do not need a lift gate prior to shipment.
Customers are strongly advised to compare delivery against bill of lading and inspect all packages for visible damage. Damaged packaging and/or merchandise MUST be noted as “DAMAGED” on the bill of lading at the time of delivery.
The customer is responsible for unwrapping the pallet and moving packages inside their residence or to a dry secure location.
In the event the customer is unavailable during delivery attempt, and the order becomes undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for any/all additional shipping and handling fees.
Smaller parts and accessory items are shipped via USPS or FedEx. Items usually ship within two business days and we forward your tracking information via email once your item is in transit.
Sales tax is charged for items shipping to California, Kentucky and Washington.
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, or is missing parts, please email service@gutterprovac.com within 7 days of receipt with a description and photos of the damage. Unfortunately, packages can be damaged during the shipping process after leaving the warehouse. If your order arrives at your door damaged, broken or defective, we will either replace the broken parts, if possible, or ship out a new one at our discretion and completely at our expense. Please be sure to inspect your item(s) for concealed damage even if you do not plan on using it immediately and always keep all packaging until you are satisfied with your item.
Please DO NOT refuse any shipments as this limits our options in getting you a perfect item. Requests for replacement parts will be processed as quickly as possible but expect them to take 1 week to be received. Please email service@GutterProVac.com with your needs.
