Return/Exchange


We want you to be completely satisfied with your Gutter Pro Vac order. If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to our warehouse within 30 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs). We are proud to offer one of the best return policies online.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or missing parts, please contact us at service@gutterprovac.com within 7 days of receipt. Include a description and clear photos of the damage.
While we take great care in packing your order, damage can sometimes occur during shipping. If your item arrives broken or defective, we will either replace the damaged parts (if possible) or ship a replacement unit at our discretion, completely at our expense.

Important:

  • Please inspect your item(s) immediately upon arrival, even if you don't plan to use them right away.
  • Keep all original packaging materials until you are satisfied with your item.
  • Do not refuse delivery of any shipment — doing so may limit our ability to promptly resolve the issue.

Requests for replacement parts are processed as quickly as possible but may take up to one week for delivery.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return. If an item is non-returnable, it will be clearly stated on the product listing.

Return Conditions
Returned merchandise must meet the following requirements:

  • Must be new, unused, and in original packaging, including all manuals and accessories.
  • Must include your order number and/or a copy of your purchase confirmation.
  • Must include a brief memo explaining the reason for the return.
  • Must be prepaid and insured when shipped back to us.

Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 3 business days minus the following:

  • A 20% restocking fee
  • The actual shipping costs (even if your original order included "free shipping")
  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Important Notes:

  • You are responsible for shipping costs both ways (to you and back to us).
  • "Free shipping" refers only to the initial purchase. Actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund if you return your order.
  • Products that are dirty, used, broken, or returned without original packaging will not be accepted.
