International Orders

At this time, we do not accept orders shipped to international or APO addresses. If you are interested in purchasing one of our systems, you will need to make arrangements with a port forwarder that ships palletized goods. Please contact us at service@gutterprovac.com for more information.

Canadian Customers

We are pleased to announce that we now offer palletized shipping of gutter vacuum systems to Canada with the following options:

a. Delivery to a US mail delivery stop / port forwarder:

No additional shipping charges apply when shipping to a US address. You can either pick the shipment up personally or arrange to have it forwarded, at your expense. Our recommended port forwarder that can handle palletized, heavy items, and has locations to deliver to all provinces is:

  • Kinek: Sign up with this service and select the port location closest to you for delivery.

b. Customer as Importer of Record:

The order will ship directly to your location, and you will be responsible for paying customs charges and sales tax. An additional shipping fee will apply based on shipping distance from our warehouse. Please contact us for a customized quote.

Hawaii and Alaska

Since we ship our systems via LTL, we are unable to ship to Alaska and Hawaii. You will need to make arrangements with a port forwarder in the Continental US that can forward the shipment to your location. Contact us for a list of recommended forwarders.

Shipping

Gutter Vacuum Kits/Heavy Orders: Our gutter vacuums and vacuum kits are shipped on a pallet via a third-party LTL freight provider. After pickup, we will send you an email with freight line details and a PRO (tracking) number. When the shipment has reached the local depot the shipping company will contact you to arrange delivery. You must be present to receive delivery. Other Parts: Shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Items usually ship within two business days, and tracking information will be sent via email once the shipping label has been created. While we and our freight providers strive to deliver orders swiftly, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. We advise ordering well in advance to increase the likelihood of receiving your order by your desired date.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged for items shipping to California, Washington, and Kentucky.

Payments

Payments can be made using U.S. issued credit cards or through PayPal. We accept Visa and MasterCard. Please use our secure online order form to enter your credit card information.

Financing Options

We also offer financing options through Klarna, Afterpay, and ShopPay. With our "Buy Now, Pay Later" program, you can make your purchase more manageable by spreading the cost over time. For any questions or special shipping arrangements, please contact us at service@gutterprovac.com.

Frequently Asked Questions

At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping. The costs associated with faster delivery are significantly higher, and there's a greater risk of dissatisfaction if a shipment does not arrive as expected.

We do not ship orders on weekends or holidays. Our shipping operations run Monday through Friday, excluding recognized holidays.

If your package is delayed, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. In such cases, we recommend the following steps:

  • Check Tracking: Review the tracking information provided with your order for any updates or delivery notifications.
  • Contact the Carrier: If the tracking details are unclear, we suggest contacting the shipping carrier directly for more information.
  • Reach Out to Us: If you're still unable to resolve the issue, please contact our customer service team. We'll be happy to investigate further and provide updates.

In the rare event your package is lost in transit, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Here’s how we handle it:

  • Investigation: We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the situation, including tracking the package’s last known location and reviewing shipping records.
  • Resolution: Based on the investigation results, we will offer appropriate solutions such as sending a replacement, issuing a refund, or providing alternatives based on your preference and our policies.

Orders placed before 11:00 AM Pacific Time typically ship the same day. Orders placed after that time will usually ship the next business day.

Sales tax applies to orders shipping to California, Washington, and Kentucky.
