Safety-Enhanced Kevlar Base Section

The bottom portion of the pole—the handle area—features integrated DuPont™ Kevlar® woven directly into the carbon fiber. This bolsters longevity, reinforces the high-use section, and guards against typical job site wear like drops and impacts. The Kevlar layer also offers a degree of protection should the pole briefly touch an electrical source such as a power line.

Still, the pole is mostly carbon fiber, which conducts electricity. The Kevlar does not make the tool safe near high-voltage lines or significant electrical hazards. Always keep a safe distance from all electrical sources during operation.
