Gutter Pro Vac systems include a Lifetime Limited Warranty on all internal electronic components for the original purchaser, provided the system is used under normal operating conditions. The vacuum housing and accessories are covered by a 1-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects. Normal wear items are not covered.

Sales tax is only applied to orders shipped to California, Washington, or Kentucky, in accordance with state regulations.
Canadian Customers: If you are located in Canada and acting as the Importer of Record (shipping directly to your address), you’ll be responsible for any applicable customs duties and sales taxes upon delivery.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. For larger freight shipments, the carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment.
If you need to change your delivery address, contact our support team as soon as possible—once the shipment leaves the warehouse, changes may no longer be possible.

Returns are accepted on items that are new, unused, and in original packaging. A 20% restocking fee applies, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please contact support to initiate a return authorization before sending anything back.
